OUR MISSION
Our mission at Excelsior New York Academy is to provide a community based youth soccer program with a focus on player development and a pathway to the Excelsior New York first team. Our Academy curriculum is tailored for age appropriate training to best serve players developmental needs. Our holistic approach to our players is not only to produce first team players, but also upstanding members of our community.

Our player development pyramid illustrates the pathway for players to reach the first team from their very first steps onto a soccer field with us. Throughout our pyramid, our curriculum serves the age appropriate development needs of players to help grow their technical, tactical, and physical skills. The player development pyramid consists of 4 different levels, culminating in the first team.
