Youth Pickup: Boys (ages 11-14)
Service Description
Youth Pickup soccer for boys aged 11 to 14 (born 2015-2012). The session is two hours long, from 7 PM to 9 PM. Parent/Guardian must stay with player during the duration of the session. Parents/Guardian will be required to read and agree to Waiver and Release of Liability before child is allowed to participate in pick-up event.

General Rules and Guidelines Sportsmanship & Respect First: Play fairly, treat everyone with courtesy (opponents, teammates, staff, officials, spectators), and maintain a positive attitude. Win or lose gracefully. No arguing, taunting, or retaliation. Cleanliness & Care: Clean up trash, equipment, and personal items. Respect the field, goals, nets, and surrounding areas (including neighborhoods and parking). Do not damage property. No Substances: Alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking/vaping prohibited on or near fields. No public intoxication. Equipment & Attire: Wear appropriate footwear. Bring minimal valuables (play at your own risk for lost items). Pick-up Events and Organized Leagues/Tournaments: See rules for your specific event at field or on Excelsior NY Field page at excelsiornysoccer.com Field Rentals Renters (individuals/teams/organizations) are fully responsible for their group's compliance, including spectators. Stick to permitted times, field boundaries, and any setup restrictions (no unauthorized markings, goals, etc.). Leave the field clean and in the same condition. Report damage immediately. Park/venue rules (e.g., no animals, quiet departure) take priority. 5. Prohibited Behaviors (Zero Tolerance Areas) Unsafe/dangerous play endangering others. Abusive, profane, discriminatory, or harassing language or gestures. Fighting, threats, physical/verbal abuse, or intimidation. Arguing aggressively with officials, staff, or other players. Disrespecting field property or surrounding community. Any illegal activity or violation of local laws/park rules. 6. Enforcement & Removal Rights Organizers, staff, field managers, or designated representatives have the right and responsibility to intervene and enforce these guidelines. This includes: Verbal warning. Asking the individual/group to leave the field immediately. Temporary or permanent suspension from pickup, leagues, tournaments, or future rentals. In serious cases (e.g., assault, repeated violations, threats), involving law enforcement. No refunds for ejections or suspensions. Teams/renters may face additional penalties (e.g., loss of future bookings, strikes in rental systems). Decisions by on-site staff/organizers are final during the session. Appeals for longer suspensions go through the main organizer/administrator in writing.
