Rules

Items to bring to the tournament

Player Passes/ Proof of Age (teams need to have proof of birth for all players, including guest players. Passports and certificates of birth are allowed)

Team Roster (a pass issuing authority roster with pictures and date of birth satisfy the proof of age; otherwise use blank roster below)

Check-In

Coach/Manager will need to check-in the team upon arrival so tournament officials know your team is present

Coach/Manager will need to hand-in a roster with 10 player maximum

Coach/Manager will need to complete the release of liability form in order for the team to participate

Failure to hand in a valid roster or complete the release of liability form will result in a team forfeit

How long are the tournaments?

Tournaments will run between 3-4 hours, with teams playing a guaranteed 4 games. The tournament schedule is designed to eliminate long waiting periods in between games, as games are short and extended breaks are unnecessary.

When will I know my team's schedule?

Official tournament schedules will be emailed to you 5-7 days before the tournament. As a guideline, we are typically open for tournament play on the weekends from 8:00 into the evening. The youngest age groups usually start in the early part of the day, and start times for tournaments advance progressively with age. There may be exceptions at times to this structure.
